Job summary

ICF is seeking a Business Analyst/Scrum Master to support AI-focused initiatives and a Product Management Team on an existing engagement. The role bridges technical and non-technical staff, translating requirements and guiding an Agile team in a cloud-based environment with Azure, Databricks, and AI tooling.

You will collaborate with data scientists, developers, and architects to document roadmaps, ensure governance and security, and support policy-adherence while delivering clear, actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years as a software business analyst, preferably with AI tools and concepts.
• 2+ years as BA in an agile environment (scrum/kanban), leading requirements management, elicitation, and user stories.
• 2+ years experience with Jira or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, requirements management, and scope management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and product management skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and follow up with action items.
• Analyze business processes, data flows, and system interactions for thorough insights.
• Negotiate and recommend solutions balancing feasibility, timelines, and business needs.
• Produce documentation such as DARs for customer review/approval.
• Understand operational processes and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to apply AI recommendations.
• Support senior leadership with documentation edits and reporting.
