Jobgether seeks an experienced AI program leader to drive large teams focused on AI training data, human data, and model evaluation. You will transform research objectives into clear guidelines, coordinate daily operations, and ensure expert contributions meet strict quality standards.

Work with research, product, and operations to identify gaps, resolve delivery challenges, and continuously improve data quality for next‑generation AI systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI data operations or expert management.
• Strong ability to translate guidelines into actionable instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead expert teams and manage daily operations to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Translate research objectives into actionable guidance with clear task instructions and evaluation criteria.
• Monitor program performance using metrics and provide timely updates on progress and risks.
• Maintain and improve data quality by reviewing submissions and providing feedback.
• Drive continuous improvements to increase contributor effectiveness and data quality.
• Identify risks and blockers early and coordinate with teams to resolve them.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with research, product, and operations teams.
• Support AI model development and evaluation by ensuring data and outputs meet standards.
• Promote accountability, develop contributors, and foster a learning culture.
• Deliver against program objectives balancing quality, throughput, and deadlines.
