Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Program Manager, AI to lead business-side strategy, commercialization, training, and compliance for AI-powered solutions within the Technology Opportunities and Ventures Office in New York.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, MCIT, and stakeholders to ensure practical, compliant products aligned with commercial objectives; responsibilities cover training, development, and governance across multiple verticals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, building, configuring, testing, and improving AI agents or AI-enabled business solutions.
• Ability to translate business and operational requirements into functional AI workflows and outputs.
• Experience developing prototypes using generative AI, low-code, no-code tools, or workflow platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise governance structures and contract/ IP considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training & Change Management: design curricula and materials for staff; measure adoption and satisfaction.
• Lead AI Agent Development & Program Management: build and test AI agents; coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor relations.
• Define KPIs for agent effectiveness, adoption, and efficiency; maintain dashboards for leadership.
