Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, building, configuring AI agents and AI-enabled workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI workflows and prompts.
• Experience with generative AI, low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience within enterprise technology governance and security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, test, and improve AI agents and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional AI workflows and outputs.
• Develop prototypes; conduct user testing; troubleshoot performance.
• Collaborate with MCIT on architecture, security, and deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Define KPIs for agent effectiveness and maintain dashboards.
• Lead governance and compliance with IP, data privacy, and records.
