Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced AI Project Manager in New York, NY or remote.

You will lead planning, coordination, and delivery of AI initiatives across Marketing & Communications, aligning owners with AI development teams, including teams in Ireland, to move projects from scoping through pilot and adoption. You will drive human-in-the-loop governance, ensure compliance, manage pilots and transitions, and measure business value with clear KPIs across global

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex technology or AI-enabled initiatives from definition through implementation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with distributed teams.
• Strong planning, dependency, risk, and status reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project and portfolio plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, architecture, data, testing, security, vendors, and offshore delivery.
• Establish clear accountability, track commitments, and ensure deliverables meet expectations and KPIs.
• Clarify business problems with Marketing Owners, define requirements, and secure sign-off with aligned outcomes.
• Manage data quality, platform integration, and governance considerations in AI workflows.
• Drive adoption and change-management activities, including communications and training.
