Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an AI Program Manager to lead a program of AI initiatives that automate repetitive tasks and reduce process waste across North America. You will partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR and Finance to select problems, deliver measurable outcomes quickly, and scale wins across plant sites to improve quality and revenue.

This role requires strong collaboration, program management mastery and the ability to embed AI into daily work with governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years leading data/AI/automation programs with manufacturing operations; proven benefits.
• Mastery of program management (business cases, roadmaps, stage gates, financials).
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership across Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to capture objectives and translate goals into AI project requirements.
• Build business cases with departments; baseline performance and quantify benefits.
