Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking an AI Program Manager to build and run a portfolio of AI initiatives that create efficiencies by automating tasks and removing waste.

You will partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance to choose problems, deliver measurable outcomes quickly, and scale wins across plant sites. You will ensure governance, data and IT infrastructure, and change management so AI becomes the way we work, with focus on value visibility, labor hour avoidance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project/Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years leading data/AI/automation programs with manufacturing operations; proven labor hour avoidance and hard dollar benefits.
• Mastery of program management: roadmaps, stage gates, financials.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/automation programs across manufacturing operations.
• Prioritize initiatives by value, impact, and feasibility.
• Coordinate data and IT infrastructure to support roadmap.
• Engage change management; ensure AI becomes standard work.
