Job summary
Mercedes-Benz Research and Development North America (MBRDNA) is seeking an AI Program Manager Intern to bridge AI development and project execution. You will drive AI literacy, optimize engineering workflows, and boost team productivity by integrating LLMs and developer tools with PMs and Developers.

Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, Data Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
- Prior software development or technical project coordination experience.
- Strong understanding of modern LLMs and enterprise use cases.
- Familiarity with next-gen developer tooling (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
Responsibilities
- AI Awareness & Enablement: conduct sessions on LLM capabilities and developer tools.
- Workflow Optimization: identify bottlenecks and propose AI-driven automation solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: liaise between PMs and Developers to align requirements and roadmaps.
- Tool Integration & Best Practices: implement coding assistants and MCP to streamline coding, testing, and documentation.
- Project Tracking: assist in managing sprint cycles, docs, and progress using project management software.
