Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field or clear AI impact demonstrated.
• Exceptional communication and change management skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing educational curricula or corporate training programs.
• Strong analytical mindset translating datasets into clear visual narratives.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize AI initiatives, pilot outcomes, and trends into executive roadmaps for rapid investment decisions.
• Facilitate governance sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to review initiatives and use cases.
• Partner with business units to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases and automation opportunities.
• Design, execute, and oversee 8–12 week AI pilot programs with defined KPIs.
• Collaborate with divisions to identify AI applications driving efficiency and process improvements.
• Work with Goldman Sachs Engineering teams to deploy scalable AI solutions.
