As a member of the Core AI Project, you will drive day-to-day execution of enterprise AI initiatives, balance technical work with program management, and present clear impact to senior leadership in a dynamic, startup-like setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field or demonstrated AI impact.
• Exceptional communication and change-management skills.
• Experience designing curricula or corporate training programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into visuals.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize AI initiatives and tech trends into executive roadmaps for rapid, informed investment decisions.
• Facilitate governance sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to review and align on initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize high-value AI use cases and automation opportunities.
• Design and oversee AI pilot programs with defined success metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate across divisions to drive operational efficiency through AI applications.
• Work with GS Engineering to deploy scalable AI solutions.
• Stay current with AI and GenAI advances and incorporate them into AI strategies.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field related to AI (CS, Math, Statistics, Engineering)
