Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking a senior technical program manager to lead hands-on management across analysis, design, development, testing, and post-implementation phases of AI or software features, solutions, or products.

The role acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, orchestrating cross-functional programs, aligning roadmaps with strategic objectives, and driving high-quality delivery through clear communication, risk management, and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in program or project management.
• Experience leading AI/software programs.
• Strong stakeholder communication and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex AI projects or programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to prioritize, plan, track and execute programs.
• Define AI vision, strategy, and roadmap with PMs and engineers.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues affecting release, scope, schedule, and quality.
• Engage with executives to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Allocate resources including budget to ensure objective achievement.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of related job families and best practices.
