Talantir is seeking an AI Productivity Engineer to design and build internal AI tools that boost team velocity and efficiency. You will turn AI capabilities into practical, deployable systems used by real teams across the company.

The role involves building automations, connecting systems, and deploying GPT-powered tools for internal teams, plus designing dashboards and workflows to reduce manual work and improve decision-making.

Formación

• Strong experience with Python.
• Experience working with OpenAI or other LLM APIs.
• Familiar with LangChain or LlamaIndex frameworks.
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, APIs, etc.).
• Ability to build and deploy production-ready tools.
• Strong problem-solving and independent working ability.

You will build automations, connect systems, and deploy AI tools that reduce manual work and improve decision-making across the company.
