Job summary

Subject produces thousands of educational videos annually. We seek an AI Pipeline producer who builds and refines ComfyUI pipelines, scripting in Python, and integrating motion graphics to deliver polished, scalable video content.

You will manage high-volume AI generation workflows, ensure production discipline, and collaborate with live-action teams to maintain a single visual standard.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience across production, post-production, or technical creative work.
• Expert-level ComfyUI skills: custom workflows, custom nodes, and fluency with models and samplers.
• Working knowledge of Python to script, automate, and extend pipelines.
• Genuine physical production experience on sets and shoots.
• Motion graphics experience with After Effects or comparable.
• Hands-on experience with current AI video tools like Seedance, Luma, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, HeyGen.
• Startup or fast-moving studio background with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• A portfolio that proves AI work with good taste.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve video generation pipelines in ComfyUI, including custom nodes and Python tooling.
• Produce AI video content end to end: prompts, character consistency, style bibles, negative prompt strategy, and QC.
• Manage high-volume generation workflows where the unit is hundreds of videos.
• Bring production discipline to AI output: shot logic, continuity, pacing, and director-like coverage.
• Create and integrate motion graphics to elevate generated footage to finished lessons.
• Debug duration drift, model quirks, API failures, and render bottlenecks.
• Evaluate new models and tools and decide fast if they belong in the pipeline.
• Collaborate with our physical production team so AI and live-action share one visual standard.
• Dabble in interactive and partner with product design to deliver assets.
