Job summary

Collier.Simon is seeking a Sr Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our fully remote creative team. You’ll edit and animate across OTT/broadcast formats, craft polished motion graphics, and push the boundaries with AI in workflow.

Work closely with the Creative Director, Head of Production, and copywriters to deliver on-brand, high‑impact visuals. Must combine strong craft with collaboration and quick iteration in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of video editing and motion design in an agency, studio, or similar environment.
Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects is required.
Experience collaborating in Figma and with design teams.
Strong sense of typography, layout, and motion fundamentals.
Experience producing assets for OTT/broadcast, PMAX and social formats.
Ability to craft content readable with sound-on and sound-off.

Responsibilities

Edit video content across OTT/broadcast formats and social edits.
Design and produce motion graphics for broadcast, OTT, and digital campaigns.
Ensure deliverables are on-brand, technically compliant, and delivery-ready.
Collaborate with Creative Director, Head of Production, art directors, and copywriters.
Present cuts and final assets to internal teams and clients as needed.
Maintain organized project files and adhere to delivery standards.
Introduce and share AI workflow ideas to improve efficiency.
Contribute to evolving internal video and motion practices as the team grows.
This is a fully remote role requiring strong communication and collaboration.
