Job summary

Collier.Simon in the Los Angeles area seeks a Creative Technologist at the intersection of AI, automation, and creative problem-solving. You’ll architect end-to-end workflows that translate creative briefs into repeatable systems, working closely with the Head of Creative Systems to scale innovation.

You’ll explore prompt engineering, context management, and AI vendors, build production-ready pipelines, and maintain clear technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience with AI/ML or creative tech
• Deep understanding of LLMs and generative AI in creative work
• Proven experience building automated workflows and production pipelines
• Strong documentation habits and cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Self-directed with good judgment and PST-hour availability

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows supporting creative teams
• Advise on where AI adds value and push back when it doesn't
• Translate briefs into repeatable, documented systems
• Prototype tools and test in real workflows
• Scout and evaluate AI vendors, models, platforms
• Run creative QA on AI outputs to ensure brand consistency
• Document every tool and workflow
• Serve as a bridge between leadership vision and day-to-day execution
