Job summary

Resolve AI in San Francisco seeks a Deployment Engineer to bring Resolve into customers’ production environments, tune it for trust, and drive sustained use.

You’ll work with Solutions Engineers during validation, own end‑to‑end deployment, configure integrations, and serve as the customer’s technical advocate.

Requirements include hands-on production experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS), plus scripting in Python, TypeScript, or Go.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as deployment or implementation engineering.
• Experience with production infrastructure and on-call incidents.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, TypeScript, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation end-to-end for assigned accounts and production-ready deployment.
• Deploy and configure Resolve in the customer environment and validate integrations.
• Build and co-author runbooks, dashboards, and alert rules for accurate investigations.
• Run back-tests and evaluate readiness before production incidents.
• Drive activation, enablement, and adoption through hands-on sessions.
• Monitor usage and ensure sustained customer value with ongoing tuning.
