Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking an AI Product Orchestrator for a remote engagement. As an independent contractor, you will own long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, bridging client stakeholders and the engineering team.

You will translate client intent into actionable requirements, coach the team on AI-enabled agile practices, and help automate day-to-day ceremonies as AI agents take on more work. The contract runs 6–8 months with renewal possibilities and an hourly pay of $100–$120 via

Qualifications

• Tech background with builder mindset and AI-enabled approach.
• Professional English fluency, written and verbal.
• Timezone overlap with PST within 5 hours (8am–6pm PST).

Responsibilities

• Translates client product intent into requirements clear enough for agentic delivery; quality becomes bottleneck as AI accelerates.
• Coaches the team on modern AI ways of working and evolved agile practices as AI agents take over.
• Day-to-day agile ceremony and tracking are increasingly automated, elevating the role toward strategic product ownership.
