MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an AI Product Owner in Philadelphia to lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered products. You will align business goals with AI/ML capabilities, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and UX teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include defining epics and backlogs, driving agile ceremonies, and establishing KPIs to measure success while addressing governance, privacy, and security concerns.

Competenze

• Experience in product management and ownership in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on AI/ML or Generative AI product experience.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business requirements.

• Own AI-driven product vision, strategy, backlog, and roadmap.
• Translate business problems into AI/ML product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with Data Science, AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to define solutions.
• Prioritize features based on value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and risk.
• Define epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams on use cases involving Generative AI, LLMs, predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decisioning.
• Understand AI model capabilities, limitations, data requirements, model performance, and business impact.
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for AI products.
• Coordinate UAT, product validation, release planning, and production adoption.
• Identify and manage product risks related to AI governance, data privacy, security, bias, explainability, and compliance.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for product innovation.
