Qualifikationen
- 8–10 years in Product Management or related roles.
- Experience as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum.
- Hands-on AI/ML or Generative AI product experience.
- Understanding of LLMs and GenAI use cases.
- Ability to define roadmaps, backlogs, epics, and user stories.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication.
- Translate complex tech to business requirements.
- Experience with data products or analytics platforms.
Aufgaben
- Own product vision, strategy, backlog for AI-driven products.
- Translate business problems into AI/ML requirements and stories.
- Collaborate with Data Science, AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, and Tech teams.
- Prioritize features by business value, feasibility, risk.
- Define epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria.
- Lead Agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for AI products.
- Coordinate UAT, validation, release planning, production adoption.
- Manage risks related to AI governance, privacy, security, bias, compliance.
