Gormat is seeking an AI Product Manager to guide AI-enabled solutions from concept to delivery. You will translate mission needs into executable plans, work with engineers and leadership, and ensure alignment with program objectives and timelines.

The role emphasizes strong technical fluency, AI literacy, and ability to navigate complex enterprise environments, including government leadership and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or technical program support in government/defense environments.
• Ability to translate mission needs into executable product plans.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, roadmaps, and execution tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide SETA advisory support to government leadership and technical teams on AI product strategy, planning, and execution.
• Define and refine AI use cases, goals, priorities, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate with engineers, data scientists, and leadership to align AI solutions with mission outcomes and operational constraints.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision points to keep projects on track.
• Support requirements development, backlog shaping, and stakeholder coordination including briefings and executive communications.
