Mastercard’s AI Network Solutions team seeks a Specialist, Product Management to drive data and AI-driven products for smarter risk and fraud decisions. You’ll work across strategy, development, market analysis and customer engagement with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Lead product strategies, content development, and lifecycle management while collaborating with regional and global teams to deliver impactful features and monetizable capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Product Management, Development, Strategy, Consulting, Project Management, or Financial Services.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data and insights into actions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Support development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive expansion in target market segments.
• Enhance existing product capabilities based on feedback and market trends.
• Evaluate new product concepts and emerging opportunities.
• Oversee billing, delivery, and customer opt-out/in processes.
• Define requirements and product enhancement specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Development to deliver features and improvements.
• Support lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends.
• Analyze data and feedback to inform decisions.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives and collaborate across teams.
