Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to architect and deliver AI agent solutions for Veeva QualityDocs and Veeva Training. You’ll own AI-driven features from data flow to prompts, working with engineering and UX to automate processes.

The role requires strong AI/ML expertise, Python skills, and the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders while traveling up to 20% and aligning with an East Coast time zone.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience, with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications.
• Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
• Coding skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with engineering, UX design, and application product management teams.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design and development of AI product features for Veeva QualityDocs and Training.
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and prompts.
• Work with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI.
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations.
• Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders.
