Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver high-value AI Agent solutions for Veeva QualityDocs and Veeva Training.

You will be an AI expert driving automation across regulated content management and LMS processes, collaborating with engineering and UX to ship impactful features. The role emphasizes AI/ML, data flow design, and Python-based development in a fast-growing SaaS environment with flexible work options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting with AI/ML focus
• Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration
• Coding skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI frameworks and APIs
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, UX, and product management teams, plus strong communication with non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design and development of AI product features for QA Docs and Training
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and prompts
• Work with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations
• Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders
