Job summary

Iterative Health is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Product Manager to identify, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that transform clinical research operations. You’ll work across Clinical Operations, Site Operations, Trial Enrollment, and Corporate Functions, collaborating with Engineering and Data Science to deploy scalable AI tools.

You will own the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, from discovery to production, measuring impact and driving adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building and shipping software products, AI applications, technical solutions, or production systems.
• Hands-on experience with large language models, prompt engineering, agent design, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation frameworks, and workflow automation.
• Strong technical fluency with modern AI development workflows and tooling.
• Experience collaborating directly with end users to translate problems into scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with Python and working with technical teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Embed within internal teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for automation.
• Translate operational challenges into AI solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agentic systems using LLM platforms.
• Own the full product lifecycle—from discovery to deployment and adoption.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and measure AI performance against outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, data, and security to ensure reliability and governance.
• Move solutions from proof-of-concept to production and scale reuse as platform capabilities.
• Provide field insights to inform product strategy and investment decisions.
