• Effective communication with senior executives and financial institution leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation across customer departments with aligned timelines and scope.
• Lead discovery calls to map use cases, edge cases, and integration needs.
• Create product scoping documents and delivery blueprints for agentic AI workflows.
• Engage executive stakeholders and demonstrate ROI and operational impact of AI at scale.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure customer success.
