Qualifications

5+ years of experience in implementation, product management, consulting, or enterprise onboarding, ideally with AI products in financial services.
Domain experience in American banks or credit unions.
Expertise in workflow mapping, use case identification, and translating needs into product specs.
Effective communication with senior executives and leaders at financial institutions.
Growth mindset, initiative, and desire to help customers succeed.

Responsibilities
