Qualifications

7+ years of Product Management experience delivering AI, Generative AI, or enterprise software products.
Hands-on experience with Gemini, Claude, and other Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise use cases.
Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and multi-agent architectures.
Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics for AI-driven products.
Ability to evaluate, compare, and select appropriate LLMs based on performance, cost, security, and business requirements.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders, customers, and executive leadership.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, developers, architects, UX designers, and business analysts.
Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, model evaluation, security, compliance, and data privacy practices.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks, APIs, vector databases, and enterprise AI platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
