Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering AI, Generative AI, or enterprise software products.
• Hands-on experience with Gemini, Claude, and other Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise use cases.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and multi-agent architectures.
• Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics for AI-driven products.
• Ability to evaluate, compare, and select appropriate LLMs based on performance, cost, security, and business requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders, customers, and executive leadership.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, developers, architects, UX designers, and business analysts.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, model evaluation, security, compliance, and data privacy practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks, APIs, vector databases, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
