Wing Assistant - India is seeking a dedicated Product Manager to shape the future of our product offerings and drive development from concept through launch. You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs.

You will define strategy, analyze market trends, mentor junior team members, and engage with customers to gather feedback. The role emphasizes remote collaboration, strong communication, and a passion for building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, CS or related field.
• Minimum of 1 month experience as Product Manager or related role.
• Experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of product management processes and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Experience with user testing and market research techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmaps based on user needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and product opportunities.

• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product among stakeholders.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance product offerings.
• Mentor and guide junior product team members as needed.
