Toptal is seeking a Product Manager to oversee a portfolio of 5-6 live internal AI products and drive delivery from intake to production. This role works closely with data science, ML engineering, and business stakeholders within North America.

The position requires regular in-person collaboration in the Franklin/Nashville area 2-3 days per week and focuses on internal AI strategies rather than external offers. This is a 13-month contract engagement with cross-functional exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 5-6 live internal AI products across intake, ideation, incubation, exploration, and production.
• Prioritize and deprioritize initiatives, with roughly 60% of time focused on tactical technical product decisions.
• Partner directly with data science and ML engineering teams to turn requirements into functional AI products.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for 23 stakeholders across Finance, HR, GSC, Customer Experience, and Quality.
• Gather data to define ROI drivers for each use case and move projects through internal gate reviews using the established AI playbook.
• Ensure product decisions remain aligned with the broader North America AI strategy, with roughly 10% of time dedicated to strategic alignment.
