Job summary

Qualis1 Inc. is seeking a Techno Product Manager with strong GenAI expertise to drive enterprise AI product initiatives in Austin.

The role requires hands-on work with LLMs such as Gemini and Claude and a deep understanding of GenAI, RAG, and multi-agent architectures. You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers, developers, and business teams to define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics while addressing governance, security, and data privacy concerns.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience with AI, Generative AI, or enterprise software products.
• Hands-on experience with Gemini, Claude, and other LLMs.
• Strong understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Multi-Agent Architectures.
• Experience defining product vision, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics.
• Ability to evaluate LLMs based on performance, cost, security, and business requirements.
• Experience working with AI/ML engineers, developers, architects, UX, and business teams.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, security, compliance, and data privacy.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks, APIs, vector databases, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, developers, architects, UX, and business teams to deliver AI products.
• Evaluate LLM performance based on cost, security, and business requirements.
• Ensure AI governance, security, and data privacy considerations are incorporated.
• Apply Agile/Scrum practices to manage product lifecycle and releases.
