Job summary

Nabors is seeking a Product Manager, Drilling Solutions AI to own the AI product roadmap across Nabors Drilling Solutions technology portfolio.

This hands-on role blends product management with rapid solution development: identifying high-value drilling use cases, validating them by building proofs of concept and working prototypes, and translating validated concepts into scalable product requirements for Engineering and Data Science teams.

Qualifications

• Owns product discovery, requirements, backlog priorities and delivery outcomes.
• Hands-on with proofs of concept, prototypes, automations, analytics or AI-enabled solutions.
• Understanding of AI/machine-learning solution patterns and data requirements.
• Ability to translate problems into testable hypotheses and prototypes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams through lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI product strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Prioritize initiatives using value, impact, effort, risk and success criteria.
• Build and test end-to-end AI solutions and prototypes for validation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Operations and Commercial teams.
• Define user journeys, requirements, acceptance criteria and release scopes.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and business value of AI capabilities.
