Halcyra is seeking a senior AI product leader to oversee the product portfolio spanning clinical documentation, triage, and patient messaging. You will manage a team of product managers, set the AI strategy, and own ship, narrow, or pull decisions for model-backed features against a published reliability budget.

The role emphasizes field-time with clinicians, collaboration with ML, design, and clinical safety to ensure evidence-based releases, plus a strong focus on patient care workflows.

Qualifications

• Has led AI product strategy and portfolio prioritisation with clear trade-offs.
• Has coached and led a team of product managers.
• Has owned launch gates and reliability budgets for model-backed surfaces.
• Has hands-on experience with evaluating AI/clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI product portfolio across clinical documentation, triage and patient messaging.
• Manage a team of product managers and set AI product strategy.
• Own ship, narrow or pull decisions based on a published reliability budget.
• Keep team close to clinicians' real workflows via field time.
