Job summary

Finary is seeking an AI Product Engineer to drive complex orchestrations and intelligent features inside investor tooling. You will own projects end-to-end, from understanding needs with end users to deploying production solutions that power our advisory and operations teams.

With 3+ years in production software and strong AI systems experience, you will work across TS, Rust and Ruby on Google Cloud and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping production-grade software end-to-end.
• Experience deploying LLM integrations and AI agents in production.
• Proficient across TS, Rust and Ruby; familiarity with Google Cloud & Kubernetes.
• Fluent French and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Advisory at scale: build the closing machine and systems for the sales team.
• Allocation engines: craft the advisor-expertise based recommender.
• Operating systems: enable orchestration of AI agents with minimal human input.
• End-to-end ownership: gather needs, design, build, deploy and monitor drift.
• Enablement: empower non-engineers to automate and collaborate on infra.
