Qualifications

• Strong coding ability in a modern stack and experience turning messy inputs into working AI-enabled systems.
• Ability to design agentic workflows that fit client contexts and business goals.
• Experience building with LLMs, AI APIs, and multi-step AI pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build AI systems, agents, automations, and client delivery workflows.
• Translate calls, transcripts, notes, and business context into structured plans and working systems.
• Use AI tooling to move quickly and make pragmatic technical decisions when requirements are unclear.
• Create reusable components, prompts, workflows, and documentation.
