Job summary

Referment is seeking an engineering-oriented AI product professional who can turn loosely defined business problems into prototypes, internal tools and lightweight products. This hands-on role sits at the boundary of product management and engineering.

You will frame opportunities with internal leads, build enough of a solution to demonstrate value, and collaborate with engineers or vendors to develop MVPs into robust products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required, 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering technology products with engineering teams.
• Hands-on coding or close collaboration with developers.

Responsibilities

• Translate business pain points into scoped technical solutions.
• Prototype with LLMs and AI tooling to demonstrate value.
• Build simple user interfaces showing product viability.
• Move prototypes toward broader adoption with internal/externals partners.
