As an AI Product Engineer, you will prototype rapidly, ship polished features, and collaborate with engineers and agents to deliver end-to-end experiences. You will own the product area from idea to adoption, iterating with real users in an in-office
Qualifications
- 4+ years shipping full-stack product with front-end focus (TypeScript/React).
- Prototyping habit; preferring working demos over descriptions.
- Experience building AI-powered interfaces: streaming responses and async jobs.
- Obsessed with user experience and details.
- Ownership from idea to customer adoption.
- Familiar with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).
Responsibilities
- Prototype new features quickly using AI coding agents.
- Build end-to-end interfaces, APIs, and agent integration.
- Ensure agent outputs are trustworthy with visible steps and citations.
- Own product decisions from concept to release.
- Observe real users and iterate based on feedback.
