Qualifications

• 3+ years building and shipping software in production.
• Experience with frontend and backend systems in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Proven ability to prototype quickly with AI-assisted tooling.

Responsibilities

• Prototype new product iterations using AI-assisted tooling and ship production code.
• Stay close to customers to understand needs and pain points.
• Reconcile signals from data and user feedback to guide next steps.
• Own outcomes, justify prioritization, and fix issues when they arise.
• Build the agentic experience with fast, clear surfaces for users.
