Watershed is seeking a software engineer to help ship products that manage climate and ESG data. You will work across the stack to build APIs, data models, and pipelines, contributing from backend systems to frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).

You will collaborate with product, design, climate science, and data science teams to deliver holistic customer experiences and drive decarbonization through software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in Node.js or data pipelines.
• Experience building scalable software from user needs.
• Willing to join a startup and help evolve an engineering team.
• Comfort collaborating across product, design, climate science, and data science.

• Ship code to production from day one.
