Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a highly technical UX/Product Designer to define the future of AI-driven Insight and Analytics products. You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, AI engineers, and other designers to craft end-to-end experiences for data-rich environments.

You will translate complex data workflows into intuitive interfaces, prototype agent-enabled workflows, and drive design storytelling through multimedia content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HCI, CS, or a related field.
• 7+ years of UX/product design for complex data-heavy enterprise apps.
• Experience translating data, analytics, and AI concepts into user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex requirements into intuitive AI-driven product experiences and shape the roadmap with product managers.
• Lead user research, usability testing, and context studies to inform design decisions.
• Create journey maps, service blueprints, personas, and workflows for data‑rich environments.
• Prototype AI-enabled workflows using Python basics and collaborate with engineers and data scientists.
• Design modular UI components and dashboards to visualize KPIs and support action.
• Tell design stories with multimedia assets to convey value to technical and business stakeholders.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration within agile teams and drive scalable service solutions.
• Measure design impact with usage data, NPS, and feedback to iterate.
• Ensure ecosystem-wide consistency across personas, tools, and touchpoints.
