Tribalscale Inc. is seeking an AI Product Designer to shape AI-enabled digital products with a user-centric approach. The role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, guiding discovery, collaborating with clients and teams, and leveraging AI to accelerate prototyping and AI-native interfaces.

You will work with Product Managers, QA, Engineering, and Sales, creating flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and assets, while staying current with design trends and best practices in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Product Design or UX/UI role.
• AI-first mindset, comfortable integrating AI tools into your workflow.
• Experience using AI to build rapid prototypes and collect user feedback.
• Experience building AI-native interfaces (AIX).
• Proficiency in UX design disciplines such as user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Strong experience with the latest design tools, including Figma.
• Self-motivation to take initiative and ownership.
• Immaculate attention to detail across typography and interactivity.
• A user-centric mindset throughout the design process.
• Ability to stay current with design trends and best practices.
• Strong collaboration skills with Product Managers, Engineers, and Sales.
• Experience guiding product decisions through user testing and iterative feedback loops.
• Ability to rapidly iterate on prototypes and working applications.
• Ability to produce materials for clients and developers, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and assets.
• Openness to new tools and methodologies, paired with opinions about best practices.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating previous work samples.

TribalScale is seeking an AI Product Designer to help shape user-centric digital products through design thinking and practical UX strategy. In this onsite role in San Francisco, CA, you will lead discovery, collaborate with teams and clients, and use AI to accelerate prototypes and explore AI-native interfaces.

What you’ll do

• Apply design thinking principles and UX design strategies across the product lifecycle.
• Use client and user feedback to refine design outputs and improve user experience based on empirical data and design ethics.
• Maintain a consistently user-centric approach from discovery through delivery.
• Create client- and developer-ready materials, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design assets.
• Facilitate complex and sustained design discovery sessions, serving as a subject matter expert and offering recommendations to clients.
• Anchor projects in your area of expertise by leading design-specific discussions and implementing solutions with minimal guidance.
• Ensure high-quality work by applying attention to detail and relevant industry best practices.
• Respond constructively to feedback and implement changes accurately according to project needs.
• Support consistently strong design submissions by partnering with QA and Engineering to evaluate outputs and set improvement standards that reduce errors.
• Proactively mentor team members through coaching and technical guidance, supporting professional growth.
• Demonstrate leadership across teams and disciplines, including initiating and running committees to analyze and improve processes.
• Manage stakeholder communication cadences by presenting project status and tailoring messaging to different audiences.
• Provide and solicit constructive feedback to strengthen team performance and work quality.
• Identify and implement process changes, driving improvement initiatives and adapting to shifting circumstances to meet project goals.
• Contribute to the professional community through speaking and writing that demonstrates thought leadership.

• Define and lead digital transformations at a strategic level, working with clients to determine where they need to go and how to get there.
• Work closely with Product Managers embedded with each team and project.
