Huckberry is seeking a Jr. AI Process Engineer to join our Austin HQ and work cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Finance, CX, and Merchandising to automate back-of-house processes. You will pair a software engineering foundation with practical AI/LLM tooling to reduce manual work, errors, and improve speed.

Qualifications

• Experience writing production-grade code and reviewing others’ work.
• Familiarity with API integrations and orchestration tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tooling and practical automation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Design and build workflow automations using APIs and orchestration tools.
• Develop and deploy AI/LLM-powered tools for document processing, classification, and data extraction.
• Enhance integrations between internal systems with AI tooling.
• Write clean, maintainable code with testing and monitoring.
• Measure impact of automations and report on time saved and cost reductions.
