Job summary

General Purpose Consulting LLC is seeking a Process Consultant to help organizations identify where AI can improve how teams work and turn opportunities into practical, adopted solutions. This client-facing role sits at the intersection of business process, AI, facilitation, and change management.

You will lead discovery conversations, facilitate AI Workshops, analyze workflows, quantify AI opportunities, develop executive-level recommendations, and help clients implement new ways of working to

Qualifications

• Strong business-process discovery and analytical skills
• Excellent interviewing and active listening abilities
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• The ability to turn ambiguous business problems into structured recommendations
• High standards for client-facing work
• Confidence working directly with executives and senior stakeholders
• The ability to manage multiple active engagements
• Strong ownership and the ability to operate independently
• Practical familiarity with generative AI

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Discovery by interviewing executives and leaders to map how work actually gets done.
• Facilitate AI Workshops with client teams of varying levels of AI experience.
• Conduct structured stakeholder interviews and document current-state workflows.
• Develop polished, evidence-backed recommendations and executive readouts.
• Drive AI adoption by prioritizing opportunities and coordinating implementation.
• Own the client experience: communicate status, risks, and decisions; manage timelines.
