Job summary

Senneca Holdings seeks a motivated AI & Business Process Automation Intern to join Fall/Winter 2026. You will identify automation opportunities, design proof-of-concept solutions, and deliver tools that improve operational efficiency and data visibility across multiple functions.

Work will be hybrid/remote with occasional on-site collaboration at our facilities in Cincinnati, OH and other locations. Candidates should have education in business, IS, CS, data analytics, engineering, or related

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI or similar AI/automation platforms.
Interest in AI, workflow automation, and digital transformation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience documenting, mapping, or improving business processes.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes across Operations, HR, Finance, CS, Sales, and Supply Chain.
Identify tasks suitable for AI/automation.
Document current-state and future-state workflows.
Prioritize automation opportunities by business impact and feasibility.
Quantify potential productivity, accuracy, visibility, quality, and cost savings.
Develop PoC and production-ready solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI, and related AI tech.
Create dashboards and reporting tools to improve insights.
Gather requirements, test solutions, and drive adoption with stakeholders.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
Support AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
