Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Ops Trust team in Worldwide Operations, focusing on AI Compliance and Privacy program execution. You will own privacy review workflows, partner with privacy, AI compliance, legal, and other stakeholders to assess and mitigate risk.

You will manage multiple projects with urgency, use data to drive results, report metrics to Ops leadership, and help scale processes. A collaborative, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a privacy review program and/or AI system compliance workflow for all of Operations.
• Manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
• Partner with Ops business lines, privacy & AI compliance specialists, legal stakeholders, and other Amazon compliance teams to assess and mitigate privacy and AI compliance risk.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and using data to drive results.
• Identify, gather, track, and report key program metrics to Ops leadership.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities to scale and automate.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
• Communicate program status, risks, and blockers to leaders.
• Must be a good human that enjoys being part of a fun team.
