• 3+ years of program or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a privacy review program and AI system compliance workflow for Operations.
• Manage several projects concurrently with urgency.
• Partner with Ops lines, privacy & AI compliance specialists, legal, and other Amazon teams to assess risk.
• Communicate program status, risks, and blockers to leaders.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities to scale and automate.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
