You will prototype and ship AI-enabled features, including LLM integration and retrieval-augmented generation, while maintaining high quality and scalable architectures.

You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams, balancing speed, quality, and scope, and keeping pace with an evolving AI and web landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience embedding with client teams to discover, scope, and deliver full-stack applications.
• Ability to design, develop and deploy scalable web apps across the stack.
• Proficiency in AI-enabled features such as LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation, and autonomous workflows.

Responsibilities

• Embed directly with client teams to own end-to-end delivery from brief to production.
• Design, develop and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Prototype and productionize AI-enabled features with guardrails and cost/latency awareness.
• Improve delivery velocity with AI-assisted tooling without sacrificing code quality.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment pipelines for reliability and observability.
• Develop and maintain automated tests including AI evaluation harnesses.
• Lead and mentor teams to raise AI and full-stack fluency.
• Manage client stakeholder expectations and align scope, quality, and timelines.
