• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from discovery to launch and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the experience strategy across web and app for digital initiatives.
• Own end-to-end experience lifecycle from discovery to go-live and optimization.
• Translate business goals into customer-centric digital journeys with measurable impact.
• Design AI-enabled, data-driven experiences including personalization and recommendations.
• Lead discovery, journey mapping, usability testing, and experimentation to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor performance metrics such as conversion, engagement, retention, and revenue.
