Job summary

Design wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specs; develop responsive interfaces and reusable components; conduct user research and usability testing to iterate based on feedback.

Qualifications

• We need strong UI/UX design and user-centered focus.
• Experience designing AI-powered workflows and digital products.
• Proficient with wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design specs.
• Ability to design responsive, mobile-first interfaces.
• Solid knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Experience with design systems and reusable UI components.
• Knowledge of user research and usability testing.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, mocks, and detailed specs.
• Develop responsive UI designs and reusable components.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, GenAI, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing; iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure accessibility, branding, usability, and UX standards are met.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI/UX guidelines.
• Work closely with developers to ensure faithful implementation.
