Job summary

Neshent Technologies is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences for AI-powered applications and digital workplace solutions. You will collaborate with the GenAI technical lead, product teams, and developers to deliver accessible, scalable interfaces.

You will design wireframes, prototypes, and design specs, develop responsive UI components, and contribute to design systems while prioritizing usability and accessibility across devices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in UI/UX design and user-centered design.
• Experience designing AI-powered applications, workflows, or digital products.
• Proficiency with wireframing, prototyping, mockups, and design specifications.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.
• Knowledge of user research and usability testing.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences, workflows, and interfaces for AI-powered solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and detailed design specifications.
• Develop responsive UI designs and collaborate on reusable design components.
• Partner with product, engineering, GenAI, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility, branding, usability, and UX standards.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI/UX guidelines.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and a consistent user experience.
